Kenneth J Lane at The Norton Museum

Just visited the Norton Museum, West Palm Beach, and saw the KJL Exhibit. Kudos to the museum for an excellent installation. The jewels reflected Lane's varying styles from his oriental inspired to his recognizable animal jewels. Although his later pieces do not reflect the quality of his early works, Lane is an icon in the world of costume jewelry. Check out our New Additions for some wonderful KJLs.

Barbara Walters in Schreiner

It's no secret that Schreiner is my favourite designer. I was thrilled last night to see Barbara Walters interviewed by Piers Morgan, wearing a classic vintage Schreiner keystone brooch! I have shown a similar brooch from my own collection so you can see the great craftsmanship of the piece.
